Everything on board these two new boats has been designed with your comfort and pleasure in mind. You will sleep soundly in your comfortable bed within your spacious, custom built cabin, complete with central heating, colour TV and video, CD/Tuner and all other extras that you would expect from a first class floating hotel.

You'll enjoy our varied and extensive menus with British and International cuisine, all enhanced by friendly service and a convivial atmosphere.
During the day take time to walk the towpath or the many shaded lanes set amongst some of the most beautiful countryside in England.
Explore the towns and villages along the way, some famous, some not, but all unique.

Simply sit back, chill out, relax and drink in the views as the boat glides on.

Those who wish may assist in steering the boat or working the locks, and after mooring up, how about a spot of leisurely fishing to round off the day?

If you’re wanting to make your special occasion even more special or just looking for a fantastic day out why not have a Celebration Lunch Cruise aboard our Luxury Hotel Narrow Boat.

Ultimate cure to stress.

I have just returned from the most relaxing holiday I have ever experienced thanks to the Craven Herald and Shadow Cruisers.

I was lucky enough to win a six night break sailing on the River Thames from Windsor to Reading with Christine and Mick Seal.

It was total relaxation with plenty of excellent home cooking, spotless accommodation and good company.

I could spend my day reading, walking, fishing, steering, sleeping, swimming or just watching the scenery as it slowly passed by.

We stopped at places of interest like Henley-on-Thames and sleepy villages.

I was spoilt from the moment I stepped on board. It was total relaxation at its best and I hope to join Me & My Shadow again.
